Current position
Associate Professor of Kinesiology, INEFC Lleida (Universitat de Lleida), tenured in 2026 and affiliated with the centre since 2016. Head of Research Support and Knowledge Transfer since 2022, and member of the centre’s Research Board.
I currently supervise four doctoral candidates.

Doctoral thesis: Troponin, exercise and growth: exercise-induced release of cardiac troponin in healthy, trained, prepubertal and pubertal males. Supervisors: Francisco Corbi Soler and Joaquín Reverter Masià.
Research
I lead EXCURSE — Muscle Excursion Range in Strength Training: Implications for Performance and Injury Prevention (INEFC, 2025–2028), co-led with Xavier Peirau Terès, and have taken part in funded projects on physical activity on prescription, school-based health assessment and injury prevention.
I belong to the Human Movement Research Group at INEFC/UdL and, since 2023, to the Clinical Neurosciences group at IRBLleida, where I am responsible for statistical analysis.
